Channel management
LodgeGate PMS has it’s own channel distribution tool to send rates and availability to online travel agents like Amsterdam Hotels Guide by Hotels Online, Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hoteliers.com, Hotels.com, Hotels.nl en Freebookings.nl, and not the least your own website!
Next to our distribution tool we also provide connections to Channel Distribution Managers as SiteMinder, GlobRes, HotelSpider, RateTiger, Cubilis, MaxMind, and SynXis.
Online made reservations are instantly placed into LodgeGate PMS once they are delivered by these parties. It saves you time and reduces the risks of overbookings.
Extensive rate management
De prijsbeheermodule is speciaal ontwikkeld om het uw yield/revenue manager makkelijk te maken. Zo kun je vele verschillende prijscodes aanmaken en deze koppelen aan kamertypes of kamernummers met specifieke randvoorwaarden, zoals bijv. minimaal verblijf. Nadat dit is opgezet, is het mogelijk om prijscodes te categoriseren in yield klasses om vervolgens in één keer een bepaalde yield klasse te openen of te sluiten. Deze geheel gebruiksvriendelijke module maakt het mogelijk om alle tarieven eenvoudig te distribueren via CRS systemen, corporate klanten, online reserveringskantoren, etc. Ook ondersteunen wij de zgn. Delta Rate structuren waarbij u met één enkele kamerprijs alle andere kamertypes kunt beheren alsmede de prijscodes. Dit is snel, efficiënt en overzichtelijk.
Reporting and analysis

Corporate module
LodgeGate biedt een Corporate module welke volledig geautomatiseerd is. Deze kunt u voor diverse doelgroepen inzetten. Bijv. voor uw zakelijke klanten die via uw website, online reserveringen kunnen maken tegen hun speciale prijs d.m.v. een speciale code. Datzelfde geldt uiteraard voor uw vaste gasten. Of voor klanten aan wie u een allotment heeft aangeboden. En binnenkort is het mogelijk om de Corporate channel in te zetten in bijv. het geval dat u een speciaal arrangement heeft aangeboden via een tijdschrift. Ook dan kunnen boekers dit arrangement d.m.v. een code, online reserveren. Via de Corporate button op uw website worden deze online reserveringen direct in uw reserveringssysteem verwerkt en u beschikt over alle gegevens van uw gast. Kortom, de Corporate module bespaart u veel kosten en tijd.
Banqueting module
In close collaboration with our LodgeGate users, we are currently developing an extra module for your banqueting facilities. The Banqueting module will be fully integrated into LodgeGate for seamless billing and customer and guest management.
Security
Our application server is professionally hosted and monitored in a secure and certified environment. In this way, we can guarantee the integrity of all commercially valuable data. In addition to the usual login procedure, it is also possible to assign temporary access via a login scheme, both at the user level or with access via IP authentication. All data is encrypted by default and can be additionally encrypted by the user for a small fee.
