Security & Sustainability

All LodgeGate software is hosted on Hetzner dedicated servers and monitored in a secure, certified environment. This ensures the integrity of all valuable data. In addition to standard login, temporary access can be set via a login schedule, at the user level or via IP authentication. All data is encrypted by default and can be additionally secured with a private "Key" or PIN. Two-factor authentication per user is also configurable.

Hetzner Online is certified according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001

Hetzner Online GmbH and Hetzner Finland Oy are certified to the internationally recognized information security standard, ISO 27001. This certificate confirms that they have established and implemented an appropriate Information Security Management System (ISMS). Hetzner's certified ISMS covers the infrastructure, management and customer support of its data center parks at three locations: Nuremberg, Falkenstein and Helsinki.

The audits were conducted by FOX Certification, an independent certification body, which officially awarded the certificates.

The certificate confirms Hetzner's strict standards for information security. The ISMS ensures that:

  • The security, confidentiality and integrity of customer data is protected.
  • Only authenticated users have access to Hetzner's IT systems.
  • The ISMS is continuously evaluated and improved, as required by the ISO 27001 standard. Regular audits ensure that security measures remain current.
